About Me

 So the stuff everybody wants to know first.

Yes i am married with 2 Children we have the standard pets, Dog, Budgie, Canary's, Turtles & Fish.
I work four days a week and also coach my daughters netball team as well as running the club she plays for.
This year i have also taken on coaching a Representative Squad. I also still play and umpire as well.
My Son has started a part- time job while still going to school and also has his learners permit so between he pick-ups and drop- off , driving practice and everything else that goes on in our family there is not a minute that i don't put to good use.

Now to the fun bit

 Madwestdesigns came about after my daughter started creating as well you can read more about her in a previous post. The Mad standing for Mother & Daughter. West is our last name and designs, because that is what we do.

I love to create things for as long as i can remember i have always made things.
I am a dressmaker by trade and still do sew although i spend more of my time Knitting and Crocheting as well as designing these days.

Because of the nature of what i do it takes a while for things to be finished, they take a lot of time so sometimes things are not repeated unless they are made to order,so please keep this in mind when browsing my store.
